Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client in the recruitment of a Facilities Manager to join their team of a full-time, permanent basis!

As a Facilities Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of all facilities/estates requirements
- Manage the company vehicle fleet
- Manage a team of maintenance professionals operating across 31 sites
- Sign off all workstreams ensure adequate quality control measures
- Compliance management - reviewing internal and external reports
- Lead on the CAFM system management
To be successful as a Facilities Manager, you will:
- Have experience in leading a successful team
- Be able to build and motivate internal and external teams ensuring delivery of goals
- Be a confident negotiator, ensuring financial planning and budget management
- Confidently manage conflicting estates demands
- Holding recognised facilities and health and safety qualifications would be advantageous
In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position, based in Gloucester.
