My client are an electronics company specialising in R&D and Manufacturing of modern technologies used for drilling equipment for the oil and gas sector. They are currently looking to take on an Operations Manager with an electronics background. The following skills are required:
- Strong electronics test/development/production background
- Electronics qualification (HND/HNC/Degree)
- Use of ERP - Oracle NetSuite preferred
- Able to lead a small team
- Suitable industry experience
- Rugged electronics
- Avionics
- Responsible for Production, Purchasing, Inventory control
- 12 direct reports
This is a site based role with minimal travel. Candidates open to relocation will be considered.
