Job Title: Refrigeration Case Maintenance Leader
Salary: £29,250.00 per annum
Location: Gloucester
Benefits: Pension, Private Health, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)

We are advertising this case maintenance team leader role on behalf of our client 'City Facilities Management’ under the M&S contract. City were established in 1985, and the company has grown to become one of the World’s largest privately held, integrated FM companies.
Job Function:
This is a key position, carrying out planned refrigeration case maintenance programme across several site location. Manage and supervisor a case maintenance technician. All work will be completed to the highest standards in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the laid-down Company Health and Safety policy.
Principle Accountabilities:
- To represent the company in a professional and competent manner at all time and develop a good working relationships with City colleagues and the client.
- To ensure refrigeration case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales.
- To be aware of regulations and codes of practice applicable to the tasks. Specifically: DE merchandising & remerchandising of the refrigeration units.
- Utilisation of chemicals.
- To coordinate the activities of the case maintenance team.
- To notify the company helpdesk of procedural task condition for action by the refrigeration engineer.
- To ensure sign off of completed works by the client.
- To work with company and the client to ensure that laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times.
- To comply with any other reasonable request or instruction from the company.
- To work in a manner to support the achievement of company KPIs
- To ensure all systems are working to optimum energy efficiency.
- When require support other engineering disciplines to provide flexibility to service delivery
- The ensure the maintenance of equipment & vehicle to ensure it is fit for purpose.
- To comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act and the company’s Health and Safety Policy at all times.
- To attend training courses as and where necessary and to ensure personal job skills keep pace with technical and business developments.
Skills/ Background required:
- Retail experience (desirable)
- Cleaning or maintenance Industry (desirable)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Achievement of maintenance programme within agreed timescales.
- Speed and efficiency of work.
