Digital Marketing Assistant

We are currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent contract, located in Quedgeley, Gloucester.

This is an office-based role, working Monday - Friday offering a salary up to £23,500.

This is a perfect opportunity for an entry level candidate who can work well within a team and be pivotal in cross-functional collaborations.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting the business mission of delivering high-quality training materials. This role is ideal for a creative and organised individual with a background in graphic design.

Digital Marketing Assistant main duties:

• Classroom Presentation Content Management: Maintain and update digital classroom materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Digital Access Management: Oversee and manage digital access for educational content, ensuring proper permissions are granted.
• File Security/Data Security: Safeguard digital assets and ensure all content is protected and handled securely.
• Brand Awareness: Assist in maintaining and developing brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Digital Marketing Assistant required skills and experience:

• Graphics Design Background: Previous experience or qualification in graphic design.
• Excellent English Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, internally with colleagues in different departments, and externally with UK and international clients and students.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and hierarchical folder/file structure
• A passion for the aviation industry and enthusiasm for the subject matter.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly MS PowerPoint
