eCommerce Trading Manager, you'll drive the performance of our clients platform and third-party affiliated sites. Shaping the future of the digital / online sales strategy. This is your chance to make a significant impact, boosting sales, enhancing profitability, and expanding market share. Our client has a fantastic history & heritage, and the product has a loyal customer following and a growing customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering growth vs budget
  • Responsible for reviewing and reforecasting online sales, highlighting risks & opportunities to the broader business.
  • Responsible for sharing insight on digital category performance to help key stakeholders make decisions and shape the strategy.
  • Deliver improvements that maximise customer experience, and, ultimately, trading performance.
  • Leading a team; supporting their development through clear direction, feedback and support. Leading by example and creating an inclusive culture.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with affiliated websites to effectively drive sales & performance.

Ideal key skills:

  • Experienced professional with a proven track record in driving ecommerce success within the fashion industry and a strong set of transferable skills.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data, generate actionable insights, and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Good idea for style & brand to drive the website sales in tune with customer profiles.
  • You should have demonstrated leadership capabilities, adept at leading teams and managing key stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Additionally, you should have outstanding organisational skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Shopify experience would be a benefit.
  • Good knowledge of systems.

Package: £50-£60k + Bonus
