This is a full time and permanent role, working 3-4 days from the office and 1 day from home.
Day-to-day of the role:
•   Coordinate daily administrative tasks for the marketing team and collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.•   Update and manage website product listing data and support e-commerce merchandising initiatives.•   Monitor and analyse marketing metrics, key performance indicators, and campaign performance to drive improvements.•   Assist in planning and organising events, managing logistics for exhibitions, conferences, and webinars.•   Develop and optimise automated email flows using marketing automation tools, maintaining, and updating distribution lists.•   Support the set up and management of automated marketing campaigns, leveraging our CRM system to maximise impact.•   Communicate with vendors and suppliers to handle orders and invoices, and track marketing inventory and expenses to stay within budget.•   Assist in qualifying leads through diverse marketing activities to support sales efforts.•   Coordinate internal newsletters to keep the team informed and engaged.•   Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.•   Analyse website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to enhance digital marketing performance.•   Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions.•   Provide additional assistance to marketing team members as needed.
