Marketing Executive (Part-Time)

25 Hours a Week

Gloucestershire (Gloucester Office Based)

We're supporting a well-regarded, mid-sized business in Gloucestershire that's looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Executive to join their friendly and supportive Marketing function.

You'll be attending Trade Shows and support on creating Marketing Collateral.

This role would be perfect for a strong communicator with a passion for marketing.

The role is initially a 3 month 25 hour week contract, with the potential to go permanent or be extended.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the creation and proofing of brochures, direct mail and other trade communications.
  • Creating presentations
  • Visiting VIP clients
  • Create presentation decks for clients, introducing the brand, and helping with product proposals.
  • Attend Trade Shows, meeting potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of project briefs, quotes and client communications.
  • Arrange and attend meetings and product demonstrations with potential and existing clients.
  • Order and organise sample deliveries, documenting and sharing client feedback.
  • Meet regularly with the product team to ensure Projects samples are on track and share client feedback.
  • Managing individual Projects - communicating updates on a regular basis to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the content manager and customer service team on the set up and running Trade show stands.

Experience:

  • Experience in an office-based role - Marketing, Sales, Administration, Project Management
  • Great communications skills
  • Strong organisational skills - planning, budgeting, organisation
  • Strong writing and numeracy skills
  • Ideally, experience in a Marketing role and experience with Trade Shows
