Mobile Mechanical Engineer - Gloucester, England- Facilities Management - £40,000 DOE
A great opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client site in Gloucester, England.
- Full time permanent role
- Monday to Friday
- 8 am to 5 pm
- Fully Expensed Van
- £40,000 DOE
Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake/extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs, etc.), and water system assets, such as booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters.
- Conduct PPM and Reactive Maintenance
- Reporting any defects and answering in queries
- Keeping a log of inspection reports and remedial work.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
- Must Hold relevant qualifications C&G Level 3 or Level 5 / NVQ or HNC equivalent.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
- Full UK Driving License
