Mechanical Contract Manager

£55k – 65k DOE

Gloucestershire (2/3 days pw, other days on site)

Are you a mechanical project manager/contract manager seeking to join a rapidly growing company?

Due to business expansion, we are looking to recruit a Mechanical contract Manager to join the team, this would also suit a senior project manager looking to step up. This business work predominantly across the retail, office and commercial space.

The role:

  • Lead and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

The person:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the building services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
