Service Engineer
Location: South West (Bristol Channel and Midlands - Leicester to Telford corridor)

Reports to: Service Manager
Are you a motivated and skilled engineer with a passion for providing top-tier service and support? We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical expertise, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line call-out and service support for customers
- Perform routine servicing and breakdown response for service contract customers
- Service and test LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) equipment in compliance with current COSHH legislation and HSE guidance
- Commission and conduct performance testing on new equipment
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in field service engineering
- Solid understanding of engineering processes and technical problem-solving
- Experience in the HVAC/dust and fume extraction industry is a plus
- Experience with LEV testing and electrical qualifications are advantageous
- Familiarity with HMIs and inverters is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- P601 Certification required
- Full, clean driving license
