Role: Team Leader - Senior Flight Systems Engineer

Location: Warton & Filton

Work Mode: Hybrid (Onsite 2-3 days per week)

My client is a world's leading aerospace company and is looking for someone with below mentioned skills and experience.

Essential:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant STEM field (Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Maths, or Science).
  • Extensive experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fluid Systems Engineering, ideally in aerospace or a similar industry.
  • Strong ability to research and apply system design data to complex problems.
  • Expertise in crew systems, thermal management, electrical power, flying controls, propulsion integration, actuation systems, and systems health management.
  • Proficiency in vehicle control system design, modelling, and simulation of both classical and advanced control systems.

Desirable:

  • Experience in product development across the systems engineering lifecycle.
  • Proven leadership in guiding teams to meet objectives.
