Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week (4 Nights, Mon - Thur)
Salary: £29,250 Total Salary, Overtime, 26.5 Days Holiday, Private Pension & Benefits - Including Employee Discounts
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance) to join our company to carry out and supervise planned refrigeration case maintenance programmes across several retail site locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Demerchandising & remerchandising of the refrigeration units.
- Manage and supervise the Case Maintenance Technician team.
- To ensure refrigeration case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales.
- To work in a manner to support the achievement of company KPIs
- Work with company and customer colleagues to ensure that laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience cleaning or maintenance in the retail industry is essential.
The ideal candidate:
- Willingness to work night shifts (Essential)
- Speed efficiency whilst maintaining quality of work.
- Customer focused and self motivated.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude to job role.
