Our client , an large public sector provider are looking for a General Practice Surveyor :
302.48 PAYE | 400 Umbrella
Hybrid working - 1 day per week in the office minimum , skills required for this role :
- Experience working with a local authority and knowledge of processes - able to hit the ground running.
- Qualified MRICS or equivalent - knowledgeable about Property management, L&T, valuation and general all round property experience.
- Can be relied on to take cases forward acting independently and proactively to achieve objectives
- Good negotiator
- Team player
