Office Junior
Our client based near Gloucester Centre are currently recruiting for a full-time Trainee Administrator to join their friendly and hardworking team.
To apply for this role, you must be keen and enthusiastic. You must also have A-Level qualifications. This role could suit for a recent school/sixth form leaver, looking for a good opportunity no experience required, full training will be provided.
Key Duties:
- Processing customers quotes and orders via telephone and email.
- Process confirmation information.
- File all paperwork into relevant folders and files.
- General filing and administration duties.
- Ad hoc tasks including dealing with post, assisting with social media.

- Self-motivated team player
- Accurate in data entry
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills
- Organised
- Educated to A-level standard with GCSEs in Maths and English
Salary £11.44 per hour, set to rise following successful training period
Hours Monday to Friday, Full-Time (Mon-Thurs 8.15am-4.45pm + Friday 8.15am - 3.45pm)
