Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor who lives commutable to the Gloucester region and to join one of our clients on a full-time employed basis.

Excellent opportunity to join an established and growing Electrical Contractor business who have 40 years' industry experience. Our client are a small to medium size business and provide a complete range of electrical services across both domestic and commercial sectors.

Job Summary:

• Mainly working office based, with some site vists / meetings etc.
• Oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of electrical installations.
• Ensuring results of inspection and testing are recorded correctly on the appropriate certificates or reports.
• Supervising & management of a team of electricians and being responsible for ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to and the quality of work is to the highest standard.
• Monday to Friday position.
• Position includes Company Vehicle, Pension, Holiday Pay, Annual Bonus etc.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience as a qualified electrician.
• Hold qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition (BS 7671) City & Guilds 2382, 2391 etc.
• Must have good experience as a qualified electrical supervisor, ideally NICEIC, NAPIT or equivalent level.
• Experience across either domestic electrical work, or commercial electrical work.
• Good communication & management skills.
