We are currently working with a South West based local Authority who are recruiting for a HR & OD Business Partner to join the team on an interim basis.

This is signed off as a 6 month contract with requirement to be on-site 3 days per week. 

Rates: £28 per hour, willing to consider above this for the right candidate

The postholder will support and advise managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, carry your own employee relations caseload, lead and work with colleagues to deliver key organisational change projects and help shape the HR function to become a trusted strategic business partner.

The successful candidate will provide expert human resources and organisational development support, advice and guidance to leadership, employees and key stakeholders. 

Requirements:

  • An expert in the field, who is CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
  • Has up to date and in-depth knowledge of employment legislation
  • Recent experience in similar role
  • Self motivated and looking to work as part of a team and independently
