Part-Time Administrator
Our growing, busy client in Highnam is currently looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
Full training will be provided but a background in office working is preferable. In return you will benefit from a small, friendly team, supportive working environment and free parking.
In this role, you will provide crucial support in data entry, scheduling and coordinating work assignments, liaising with contractors and clients, and general administrative support.
Key Duties:
- Data Entry: Accurately inputting data into the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct.
- Scheduling and coordinating work assignments: Coordinating and scheduling work assignments, ensuring all tasks are efficiently booked and managed.
- Checking Work Descriptions and Completion Reports: Reviewing and verifying work descriptions for clarity and accuracy, ensuring they meet client requirements.
- Creating Invoices: Generating and processing invoices based on completed works and contractual terms.
- Liaising with Contractors and Clients: Communicating effectively with contractors and clients to ensure smooth project execution and resolving any queries promptly.
-General Administrative Support: Assisting with other administrative tasks as required, including filing, documentation and maintaining office records.

Salary: £12.25 - £12.85 per hour.
