Our client located in gloucester is looking for a Service Admin to join the team. As a Service Admin, you'll collaborate closely with the Service Manager and Service Engineers to deliver top-quality customer service and ensure all service level agreements are met. This Service Admin position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities - Service Admin 

  • Check customer portals and incoming emails for new PPM tasks 
  • Create new jobs on Job Logic and update portals as required 
  • Schedule jobs within specified timescales and allocate to relevant engineers 
  • Update customer portals with engineer details and ETA 
  • Review workloads and assign engineers to emergency call outs 
  • Obtain quotes from engineers and suppliers for quoted works 
  • Submit quotes to customers and update Job Logic accordingly 
  • Allocate engineers for site surveys following customer requests 
  • Contact sites 24/48 hours prior to appointments to confirm RAMS and access requirements 
  • Enter invoice information onto Job Logic 
  • Check credit notes and invoices and pass to Finance Manager 

Qualifications & Requirements - Service Admin 

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team 
  • Proficiency in using job management software or willingness to learn 
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and engineers 
  • Experience in administration or customer service (desirable but not essential)
