HR Administrator

Yate

£14.50 per hour(umbrella)

Full Time Contract (6 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Administrator in Yate. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

  • On a daily basis will process all actions accurately and in line with our payroll deadlines relating to employee lifecycle transactions, for example Acting up's, honorarium, grade and hour changes
  • Support the leaver process through our HR system
  • Input all payroll actions on to our HR/Payroll system (Resourcelink)
  • Issuing Contracts for all new starters using our computerized Recruitment system.
  • Supporting the delivery of specialist processes and procedures ensuring that all customers receive an effective, functioning service and information is provided

The candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role for a local authority is desirable
  • NVQ 2 Level 2 qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or Customer Services, or equivalent experience
  • Have experience of HR and/or recruitment administration, processes and procedures gained in a similar organisation and understand the interface required between HR and payroll functions
  • Payroll experience is desirable
