Part Time Office Support
Our excellent, friendly client is looking for an individual to join their team on a part-time, temporary basis until the 16th September 2024 as an Administrator to help with their payroll department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and supportive team through the summer months!
The office is based in the Hartpury / Maisemore area and is a 10 minute drive from the Centre of Gloucester.
To be considered for the role you must be able to pass a DBS check.
Previous payroll or finance experience not required as full training will be provided on the role.
Responsibilities
- General administration.
- Scanning and photocopying documents.
- Data entry into excel and other company systems.
- Any other ad-hoc duties to support the team.
Hours: 9am - 3:30pm, x2 days per week: Monday + either Tuesday / Wednesday,
Salary: £12 - £12.50 per hour. Wages paid weekly.
