Role Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for anInternal Sales Estimatorto join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in their fast-paced tendering department, where you will handle inbound enquiries, determine suitable products, and create detailed quotes to fulfil customer requirements. The focus will be on clean water booster sets, wastewater pump packages, and related equipment, serving diverse markets including HVAC, building services, utilities, and general industry.

They are happy to deliver training on the role for the right person, and so whilst experience woudl be ideal, its not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound enquiries via email and telephone
  • Record and maintain enquiry details in the CRM system
  • Specify appropriate pump systems based on customer needs
  • Prepare and issue quotations and supporting documentation

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in handling customer enquiries and managing CRM systems
  • Ability to specify and quote on technical products accurately
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Professional, articulate, and able to work well under pressure
