You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.Key Duties
  • Dispense Medications: Accurately dispense prescribed medications and provide advice on their use, side effects, and interactions.
  • Clinical Advice: Offer expert clinical advice to customers on over-the-counter treatments, medications, and health concerns.
  • Patient Safety: Ensure the safe and effective use of medicines, monitoring for potential drug interactions or contraindications.
  • Stock Management: Oversee the management of stock levels for prescription and over-the-counter medications, ensuring the timely ordering and receiving of supplies.
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, providing tailored support for their healthcare needs.
  • Pharmacy Services: Deliver health services such as flu vaccinations, smoking cessation support, and medication reviews.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support pharmacy assistants and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal customer care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure all activities comply with the latest health and safety regulations, ensuring the branch operates in line with industry standards.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on pharmaceutical best practices, legislation, and advancements in healthcare.
  • Admin and Record-Keeping: Ensure that all patient and medication records are kept up to date, accurately reflecting dispensed medications and patient interactions.
