Community Pharmacy in Gloucester is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor (Non Pharmacist role)As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading the pharmacy support team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the pharmacy. You will be the key point of contact for staff, assist in managing operations, and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and policies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership and organizational skills who is passionate about supporting healthcare services.Key Duties
  • Tuesday to Friday 10am - 7pm
  • Saturday 3pm - 9pm
  • Supervise and lead the pharmacy support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure the pharmacy team provides excellent customer service, responding to queries and ensuring patient satisfaction.
  • Oversee stock management, including ordering and maintaining adequate stock levels, ensuring product availability.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining pharmacy processes and procedures to comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to pharmacy assistants and technicians.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new and existing staff members.
  • Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager and other senior staff in operational tasks and initiatives.
