- Tuesday to Friday 10am - 7pm
- Saturday 3pm - 9pm
- Supervise and lead the pharmacy support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure the pharmacy team provides excellent customer service, responding to queries and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Oversee stock management, including ordering and maintaining adequate stock levels, ensuring product availability.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining pharmacy processes and procedures to comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide support and guidance to pharmacy assistants and technicians.
- Assist in training and mentoring new and existing staff members.
- Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager and other senior staff in operational tasks and initiatives.
