Job Description:
As a Conservatory Installer, you will be responsible for installing a variety of living spaces, including conservatories, orangeries, and extensions, with a specific focus on fitting UltraFrame glass and solid roofs. You will work alongside a skilled team to ensure the highest standards of workmanship, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. Job-specific training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and construct various types of living spaces, including conservatories, orangeries, and extensions.
- Specialise in fitting UltraFrame glass and solid roofs.
- Liaise with the installation team to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Follow installation guidelines, safety protocols, and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns and providing updates on the installation process.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanour.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in installing living spaces or similar construction roles.
- Prior experience in conservatory installation, specifically fitting UltraFrame glass and solid roofs, is advantageous.
- Strong technical skills and an understanding of construction and building practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new installation techniques and processes.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
