Senior Housing Allocations Officer

A Local Authority in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Senior Housing Allocations Officer for an initial 4-month contract.
As a Senior Housing Allocations Officer, you will:

• Manage your own caseload while providing potential mentoring support to a team of 5 Allocations and Choice-Based Lettings (CBL) Officers.
• Carry out Part VI S202 reviews, with prior experience in this area being highly desirable.

Experience Desired:

• Solid experience in Part VI services.
• Expertise in Allocations and Choice-Based Lettings (CBL) is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Locata is essential.
• Flexibility to work 1-2 days per week in the office, with proximity to Gloucestershire being desired.
