We are currently working with a primary school based in Gloucester seeking to appoint a talented teacher with a proven track record of outstanding practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire our students and foster a love of learning. This full-time, permanent position is perfect for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships with children, parents, and external agencies to support our students and continue to enhance the excellent provision we have established.Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure the learning and achievement of all pupils in the class, providing equal opportunities for all.
  • Be responsible and accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct.
  • Treat pupils with dignity, building relationships rooted in mutual respect, and always observing appropriate professional boundaries.
  • Work proactively and effectively in collaboration with learners, parents/carers, governors, other staff, and external agencies in the best interests of pupils.
  • Act within statutory frameworks, adhering to professional duties and responsibilities as outlined in the current School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document and Teacher Standards.
  • Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.
