Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to join our team from September 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our Key Stage 2 students, ensuring they are engaged, challenged, and supported in their learning journey.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and a love of learning.
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student learning and well-being.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
  • Uphold the school's policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and child protection.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
