Primary School Teacher

Aspire People are recruiting for a Supply Teacher in Gloucester. We are currently working with a fantastic multi academy trust with schools based across Gloucester and close surrounding areas, that requires a primary supply teacher to join from September 2024. The role will see you supporting the academy on a weekly ad-hoc basis helping support and cover a variety of shift patterns. Ideally you will be comfortable and confident to cover across the full primary curriculum and have a flexible approach to work. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Proven experience in teaching within the UK. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.* A passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.Key Responsibilities:* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.* Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and school initiatives.* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.Aspire People can offer you:* Flexibility * Excellent rates of pay - £140-£180* Recommend a friend scheme earning up to £250 * A personal consultant * Holiday Pay * A dedicated team and a specific point of call for all queries * Opportunity into long term roles Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
