You will work closely with our teaching staff to maintain high standards of education and support the growth of our young learners.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Year 1 students.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
