Hourly Rate: 32 - 34 per hour via Umbrella
Contract
Working Days: Monday - Friday

As Performance & Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring data protection and compliance is prioritised, taking lead in ensuring access requests are supported
- Providing a key delivery for data protection prioritising that it's resourced appropriately
- Ensuring KPIs are managed and upheld effectively
- Upholding insurance provision for the organisation, liaising with Brokers and insurance companies
- Delivering high quality professional performance and assurance reporting
- Collating information across the business from senior stakeholders
To be successful in this Performance & Assurance Manager role, you will need:
- Previous social housing experience
- High level of data protection practice
- Previous experience with compliance work
