Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across our five recycling sites in Gloucestershire, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Manage logistics and transportation needs, utilising your industry knowledge to optimise operations.
  • Drive a company vehicle as needed, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
  • Adapt to diverse and dynamic scenarios, ensuring smooth operations in every situation.

You will need…

  • Full driving licence to be able to drive a range of vehicles up to and including 3.5 tonnes gross weight
  • Experience in office environment / similar or related role
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Comfortable with working on a shift basis if needed.
  • Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions
