Your main jobwill be to manage and organize the operatives in your area of responsibility, to deliver an effective and efficient production operation in line with business requirements.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the operatives in your area of responsibility (stores or production).
• Manage an efficient team in line with KPI and budgetary targets.
• Ensure all equipment operates to the correct standards and all tasks are carried out effectively.
• Ensure operatives comply with all company standards (Health and Safety, hygiene, etc.).
• Ensure everyone in the area of responsibility knows what is expected of them and has received the appropriate training.
• Lead and organize production to maintain the through flow of work to satisfy customer requirements, on time, in full.
• Maintain quality standards and a focus on customer service in your area.
• Work closely with other Team Leaders to ensure efficient use of stock and labor through the operation.

• Take responsibility and accountability for resolving all issues in your area. Escalate to senior management as required.
• Remain calm and positive in a demanding environment.
• Promote a team environment to deliver results. Demonstrate good organization skills and flexibility in the role.
• Maintain all standards (e.g., Health and Safety, hygiene, uniform, PPE, behavior, etc.).
• Ensure teams maintain appropriate standards of housekeeping and hygiene for equipment and work areas in your area of responsibility.

Specific Knowledge/Qualifications:

Essential:

• English written and spoken.
• Good organizational skills and proactive approach.

Highly Desirable:

• IT skills.
• Previous experience of leading a team in a high-pressure production working environment.

Shift Pattern:

• Pitman shifts - includes 12 hour shifts and every other weekend. Days only
