About the Role
Our client, a highly regarded SME with an outstanding reputation in their field, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team. This is your chance to work with motivated, like-minded professionals who are dedicated to delivering projects on time and on budget, ensuring the company remains an industry leader.

As a Project Manager, you’ll have full ownership of your projects whilst also benefiting from the guidance of a knowledgeable and supportive Department Manager. If you're looking to develop your skills, manage your own responsibilities, and learn a new industry, this role is for you!

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in managing construction projects, particularly retail fit-outs or installations in commercial spaces
  • Strong and food understanding of the construction industry
  • Ability to read detailed drawings / plans
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to take ownership of your projects
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel nationally (overnight stays are however extremely rare)
  • Residing within 90 minutes of Cheltenham and comfortable working on a hybrid basis
