Position: Project Coordinator
We seek a dynamic Project Coordinator to support a Project Manager in efficiently managing in-house and off-site projects, from sales handover to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project scope and technical documents
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Check drawings, specifications, and obtain quotations
- Raise manufacturing requests and place orders
- Oversee in-house engineering design and project approvals
- Monitor delivery and arrange logistics
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations
- Coordinate site personnel and prepare site handover packs
- Support Senior Project Manager with site scheduling
- Submit Manufacturing Record Books for site activities
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in project coordination, purchasing, and logistics
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proficient with IT systems

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:45, Fri 08:00-12:30 (flexibility required).
