We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering products or services in manufacturing, site application, or construction, particularly on a global scale.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed customer expectations while prioritising business needs
  • Highly organised, consistent, and reliable in task completion
  • Ability to balance rigor and agility in process management
  • Clear and effective communication skills at all business levels, both internally and externally
  • Confidence in reporting and presenting data concisely
  • Ability to manage workloads in alignment with project requirements and strict deadlines
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proficiency with various IT systems

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to achieve agreed tasks, supporting the Head of Projects and Commercial Manager
  • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, covering all relevant cross-functional activities and required resources
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution
  • Develop strategic partnerships by building collaborative relationships with key suppliers and clients
  • Manage customer communications, resolving issues and removing barriers to project success
  • Engage stakeholders and communicate project progress effectively
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
  • Report on the operational and commercial status of projects effectively
  • Manage project finances, ensuring costs and values are continually reported and escalating risks as necessary
  • Oversee a team of Project Engineers, including line management responsibilities
  • Ensure all activities comply with company and legislative procedures, identifying and addressing training needs
  • Perform risk management for all projects
  • Conduct client/site visits as necessary (both UK and overseas)
