Candidates should have a proven track record in project delivery specifically related to asbestos removal, along with experience working with Tier 1 contractors.
A trade background or a degree in BSC construction management, along with CSCS Black and NVQ level 7 qualifications, is required.
The salary and package are negotiable, and the position includes benefits such as a contributory pension scheme, private healthcare, and 25 days of holidays plus bank holidays.

This is working on a static project for a Tier 1 contractor delivering a large infrastructure project in Gloucesteron a 460million national highways scheme

Responsibilities for Project Manager

Supervising the team and managing resources and the site team.
Attending client meetings
Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.
Monitoring H&S and budgetary requirements

Requirements

Proven Track record as a Project Manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience owith asbestos removal.
Experience Working with Tier 1 contractors
Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
CSCS Black
NVQ level 7
Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
