The purpose of this role is to lead, alongside another senior comms professional, on integrated communications support to the One Programme with a particular focus on the One SAP. This requires working across all workstreams, partners and utilising various channels and disciplines to effectively communicate and engage with a broad range of stakeholders.

You will develop and deliver communications/campaign for the programme in line with the agreed One SAP change strategy and the communications strategies for the Council.

Essential
- Knowledge of Office 365/SharePoint
- Public Sector Experience

Preferred
- Communications experience on the ERP/SAP implementations

Working with a One SAP Workstream leads to understand the strategic outcomes and requirements of individual workstreams or external clients and translate into communications plans and delivery programmes.


* To deliver integrated communications/campaign plans that support the objectives of the programme.
* Providing constructive challenge where needed, to recommend the right communications tools and channels for each stage of the programme using evidence and audience insight.
* To develop and deliver engaging content - including photography, audio, video and online material - and ensure it is evaluated.
effectively as part of campaign/communications delivery.
* You will create and manage OneHub website (SharePoint) and work with other comms colleagues across the council to ensure the best possible user experience.
* Act as a mentor for other members of the team, ensuring that colleagues are supported and gain skills in all communications disciplines.
