The Role

As a Construction Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of client projects by delivering accurate and detailed cost plans and tenders. You'll work closely with an experienced team, suppliers, and clients, developing your expertise every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing detailed cost plans and tenders for client projects
  • Gathering and analysing pre-qualification information from enquiries
  • Liaising with suppliers to secure competitive quotations
  • Assisting with client cost plans and ensuring accurate financial assessments
  • Office-based role with occasional site visits across the UK

What We're Looking For

Are you:

  • Experienced in estimating or quoting for construction/engineering projects?
  • Previous experience in Sales or Construction Administration
  • Analytical with a strong eye for detail?
  • Previous exposure to looking at drawings and enjoy this technical element
  • Confident with Excel and comfortable handling numbers (GCSE Maths grade B or higher preferred)?

Additionally, a full UK driving license (Category B) is essential.
