Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage cost estimates for groundworks projects.
  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project plans.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on financial performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications:
