You will work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will also include preparing detailed financial reports, managing subcontractor accounts, and handling variations and final accounts.

You should have extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a regional contractor environment, with a strong track record of managing complex projects. Excellent commercial acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders are essential.
