Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Gloucester - up to £50k OTE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Appraisals: Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions for sales and lettings.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage of the process.
  • Business Generation: Actively seek new opportunities for market appraisals and instructions, maximizing every lead.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the branch team to hit sales and instruction targets, contributing to branch profitability and performance.
  • Leadership & Development: Play a role in the growth and development of the team, supporting junior staff and contributing to strategic business discussions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer in an estate agency.
  • Strong track record in winning instructions and achieving high KPI figures.
  • Talent for spotting new business opportunities and a desire to contribute to company growth.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • IT literate (MS Office, CRM systems).
