My client is an established and successful independent, multi-branch Estate and Lettings Agency, who are looking to add a SeniorLettings Agent to their team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Agent:
- Drive the growth of new business into the company through a variety of means
- Nurture and develop existing client base, maximising opportunities
- Support and develop team members in achieving their own targets
- Work closely with the wider business to support and contribute to growth
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Senior Lettings Agent:
- Proven ability to generate new business within a lettings agency
- First-class communication and customer service skills
- Skilled in aiding the development of junior team members
- Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car
My client is offering a base salary up to £35,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be £50-70,000Â
