Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties:
- Retention & acquisition of clients, applicants & your own pipeline
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Delivering against targets whilst conforming to compliance and continual improvement
- Spotting business opportunities to help increase income, expand local market share and maximise cross selling with other departments
- Business generation
- Maximising branch profit, working closely with colleague and Manager
- Supporting junior members of the department
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance

- Experience as a Sales Negotiator looking to make your next career move
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstratable generation of new business in a target-driven environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
