Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties:

  • Retention & acquisition of clients, applicants & your own pipeline
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
  • Delivering against targets whilst conforming to compliance and continual improvement 
  • Spotting business opportunities to help increase income, expand local market share and maximise cross selling with other departments
  • Business generation
  • Maximising branch profit, working closely with colleague and Manager
  • Supporting junior members of the department
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed 

  • Experience as a Sales Negotiator looking to make your next career move
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Demonstratable generation of new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • IT literate
  • You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients
