Our successful, industry leading estate agency client is looking for a permanent Property Manager to join their friendly, hardworking and committed team in their busy office based in Quedgeley, Gloucester.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience as a Property Manager, however our client is open to considering someone who has worked in the lettings industry before and is looking to take their next career step.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day to day running of a portfolio of properties

- Managing and reporting maintenance issues and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently

- Communicating with clients and tenants

- Communicating with contractors

- Chasing overdue rents

- Booking and completing property visits

- Carrying out check out visits at the end of a tenancy

- Creating a comprehensive check out report for the return of the tenant’s deposit

- Negotiating deposit disputes

Candidate Attributes:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Experienced in property management / lettings

- Have the ability to work with all types of people

- Organised, reliable and proactive

- Use own initiative and ability to problem solve

- Must have a driving licence and own car

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Salary: Up to £28k per annum, depending on experience + free parking and 23 days holiday + bank holidays
