Role: Property Administrator

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £25,000 -£28,500 dependent on experience

Job Type: Full time and On-site

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Administrator to join their award-winning property management team. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, approachable, and able to manage tenant relations and property maintenance efficiently. A driving licence and own car are essential. Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks and supporting the property management team.
  • Drafting new tenancy agreements in line with company standards.
  • Managing updates or changes to tenancy terms.
  • Processing tenant applications and handling new tenant administration.
  • Handling tenant maintenance inquiries via phone.
  • Communicating with landlords regarding required maintenance and actions taken.
  • Scheduling and completing management visits.
  • Sending management visit reports to landlords.
  • Conducting property viewings as necessary in relation to maintenance queries.
  • Managing the key list, ensuring keys are returned from contractors/tenants/landlords.
  • Overseeing day-to-day property management, including utilities and addressing issues raised by tenants/landlords.

  • Proven experience in property management.
  • Well-presented, approachable, and friendly.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently.
  • A full driving license and own car are essential.
