Part Time - Client Host/Administrator FTC– Immediate Start – Gloucester£12 per hour Gloucester – GL4Working hours for this role are Monday-Friday 1pm – 5pmMy client, a global Real Estate company with flexible office spaces all across the UK, are looking for a part-time Receptionist/Administrator to support the Assistant Centre Manager at their Gloucester site. This a fixed term contract with the potential to be extended or go permanent. The Role:
  • Welcoming visitors to the Business Centre
  • Provide admin support to the Assistant Centre Manager
  • Offering refreshments to guests/tours
  • Rapport building and fact finding with customers
  • Managing incoming mail; Inc. signing and managing deliveries
  • Manage Mailbox and Virtual office customers
  • Managing access control for new/departing customers, visitors, contractors
  • Maintaining log of guests, contractors and attendees for fire log
  • Work closely with customers upon onboarding to ensure a smooth transition

  • Previous experience in a Reception/Admin/Front of House role
  • Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
