Start Date: ASAP.
The Role: We're looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to support our experienced recruitment team with the day-to-day aspects of IT recruitment. This is a six-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, but there is the potential for an extension or permanent position for the right person.
Even though we are a smaller firm we make use of the latest tools and have advanced systems and processes in place. Utilising these your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients and candidates about job roles and arranging interviews.
- Identifying and engaging with top-quality candidates for open positions.
- Conducting market research to support upcoming recruitment campaigns.
- Updating internal systems and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Learning from experienced consultants to develop your skills and career in recruitment.

About you. You will need to be a naturally curious individual, eager to talk to and understand what makes people tick, with exceptional communication skills and a desire to do a great job. If you have an IT recruitment background in that would be great but more important is a desire to do a good job, with a proactive approach to work and a switched on attitude to customer service. You will need to be familiar with using the day to day common IT systems such as MS Office and generally be used to using online software applications training will be provided.
