My client, a family run business who specialise in creating and maintaining outdoor spaces within the community, have ambitious plans to grow the company further and are looking to add a Garden Design and Installations Manager to the Senior Management Team. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will manage the Landscaping teams, liaising with a wide range of clients, including local authorities, private housing developers and education providers.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Garden Design and Installations Manager:
- Handling initial enquiries, arranging and attending Client Site Visits/Surveys
- Managing the project to ensure that it stays on budget and is completed within the allotted time frame
- Ensuring the client remains fully updated throughout the project
- Overseeing the recruitment and development of your team
- Supporting the directors to grow the department and wider business
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Garden Design and Installations Manager:
- Horticultural knowledge at degree or equivalent level is desirable
- Prior experience of carrying out a similar role
- First class communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients and other third party stakeholders/contractors
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- The desire and ability to help grow the division and wider business through proactive business development and networking
