We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and kick-start their career in Account Management.

Location: Gloucester (Office-based)
Salary: 30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role

As an Account Management Support, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Support: Assisting existing clients throughout their journey, ensuring they receive top-quality service.
  • Supplier & Client Relations: Building strong working relationships to support seamless service delivery.
  • Query Management: Handling queries efficiently and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Quote & Tender Management: Preparing quote templates, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Data & Analysis: Using Excel templates to produce bid analysis and validate invoices (full training provided).
  • Issue Escalation: Proactively identifying and escalating any issues requiring further attention.
  • Reporting & Insights: Providing data and reports as needed to support business decisions.
  • Social Media Updates: Posting regular content (provided by Directors) on online platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Attention to Detail: Numerate and analytical, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Communication: Confident and effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer Focus: A proactive and customer-driven mindset.
  • Office Experience: Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
  • Team Player: Someone who collaborates well and looks for opportunities to add value.
  • Full-Time Availability: Must be able to work full-time in our Cheltenham office.
