We are seeking a friendly and reliableCounter Assistantto join a pharmacy team in Gloucester. This flexible role offers 4 or 5 full working days (Monday to Friday) and is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with counter sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer advice.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the till system.
- Stock and organize shelves and counters, ensuring products are neatly displayed.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking.
- Ensure a clean and tidy counter area, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A friendly, professional attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock management.
